The NES-865 is a Bein elevator, one of the most recognized patterns in extraction work thanks to its triangular cross section and sharply pointed tip. Among our dental root elevators, the Bein design stands apart because the triangular blade tapers to a fine point that can be driven into the periodontal ligament space with minimal resistance, then rotated to generate mechanical advantage against the root surface.

As the blade rotates within the ligament space, its widening cross section pushes outward against the root, converting a small rotational movement into a meaningful expansive force.
