The NES-859 is a 4.2 mm Kopp elevator built specifically for upper root removal, offering clinicians a compact profile suited to the tighter access and thinner buccal plate typically found in the maxilla. Among our dental root elevators, the Kopp pattern is chosen when a smaller, more maneuverable tip is needed to work around the curvature of upper root anatomy without over engaging surrounding bone.
