Some clinics prefer consolidation over specialization, and Article NES-4482 is built for exactly that preference. As Fig. 3 in Next Edge Surgical LLC’s mill holder series, this 36-hole aluminum holder accommodates both FG and CA burs in a single lidded unit, sized at 60 x 40 mm.
Rather than stocking two separate holders for different bur sizes, this combined design lets a clinic manage one tray that covers both, useful for general and restorative practices where procedures often call for a mix of small and large rotary instruments.
