Dental Photographic Mirror – Dental Photographic Mirrors – NES-1184

Palatal-Adult Large
Bigger arch, bigger mirror — and for full-arch cosmetic cases, that size difference is the whole point.
This diagnostic instrument extends the palatal-adult line into a large-format option, built for patients with wider maxillary arches or for clinicians who’d rather capture the full occlusal surface in one frame than stitch together multiple shots. Full-arch veneer cases, comprehensive smile makeovers, and complex restorative documentation all benefit from a single, complete image rather than a partial view requiring repositioning and retake.
The specifics:
Enlarged reflective surface for full maxillary arch capture in one exposure
Same rhodium-coated finish used across the palatal-adult tier, preventing double-image distortion under flash
Surgical stainless steel construction, sized specifically for larger adult arches
Autoclave-rated for standard sterilization protocols
The trade-off is one most practices accept gladly: a larger mirror requires slightly more careful positioning and a bit more chairside adjustment time, but it eliminates the stitching and alignment guesswork that comes with capturing a wide arch in pieces. For comprehensive case documentation — the kind used in patient consultations, treatment planning, and portfolio work — one clean full-arch image is worth the extra care in positioning.
