The NES-807 is built for molar root work on the left side, with a 14 mm dimension that positions it for reaching deeper or more posterior root surfaces than a shorter instrument would comfortably manage. Molar roots present more surface area and often more complexity than single-rooted teeth, and left-side orientation matters when the clinician is working from an angle that a mirrored or generic elevator wouldn’t match as naturally.
