The NES-608 is a Luxator double angle elevator with a 3mm blade. The double bend in the shank is what sets this design apart. It offsets the blade tip well away from the handle axis. This gives the clinician clear access to posterior teeth where a straight shank would be obstructed.
The double angle geometry positions the blade correctly without requiring the clinician to twist their wrist into an uncomfortable angle.
The 3mm blade width is a good all-round size. It covers premolars and single-rooted molars without being too wide for tighter spaces.
The thin Luxator blade cuts into the periodontal ligament as it advances. This reduces the force needed to loosen the tooth and protects the socket wall.
Well suited for atraumatic extraction cases and implant site preparation.
Made from German stainless steel. The blade holds a fine edge through repeated autoclaving.
The handle is comfortable in a gloved palm. The satin finish keeps grip secure and glare low.
