The NES-602 is a straight Luxator elevator with a 2mm blade. It is the narrowest option in the Luxator range. That narrow width gives it access to tight periodontal spaces where wider blades simply will not fit. It is especially useful on upper and lower anterior teeth and small-rooted premolars.
The Luxator design works differently from a standard elevator. The ultra-thin blade cuts into the periodontal ligament as it advances. This disrupts the ligament fibers gradually.
