The NES-584 is a Right Flohr elevator designed for posterior extraction work on the right side of the arch. The Flohr pattern has a broad, curved blade that makes solid contact with molar root surfaces. It gives the clinician reliable purchase where space is tight and access is limited.
Good dental root elevators for molar work need to be well-balanced and easy to control. The NES-584 delivers on both counts.
The right-oriented blade seats naturally against upper and lower molar roots on the right side without awkward hand positioning.
The broad blade face covers more of the root surface. This helps distribute pressure evenly during luxation.
The curved working tip follows the contour of the root. It reduces the risk of the blade slipping during force application.
