Description

ig. 84
Moving to the opposite side of the arch, the NES-3285 (Fig. 84) is designed specifically for the lower right first deciduous molar. It mirrors the lower left clamp pattern, giving pediatric practices symmetric coverage across both sides of the lower jaw.
Mirroring left and right clamp patterns isn’t a minor detail; a clamp built for the left side often won’t seat cleanly on the right due to subtle differences in tooth angulation and access direction. Having a true right-side match avoids that mismatch entirely.
Among the maxillofacial surgery instruments used across pediatric isolation procedures, this figure-specific approach means the full deciduous molar set, upper and lower, left and right, is covered without gaps.
Designation: lower right first deciduous molar
Figure reference: Fig. 84
Function: secure rubber dam isolation for restorative and endodontic work
Material: stainless steel, fully autoclavable
Constructed from stainless steel, this clamp withstands repeated sterilization cycles and daily handling, staying reliable across many pediatric appointments.
