Dental Instrument Set – Dental Filling Instruments Set of 6-Pcs. Solid Handle 6mm D-End – NES-1659

Reaching deeply set upper third molars requires an instrument with extreme contra-angling to bypass the anterior cheek tissue and zygomatic buttress. The NES-1659 extraction forcep from Next Edge Surgical LLC answers this anatomical challenge through an offset bayonet shank combined with anatomical, non-slipping beak contours. This specialized spatial offset allows practitioners to apply vertical lifting forces at the tuberosity region without over-stretching the patient’s commissures.
Key Technical Advantages:
Bayonet Contra-Angle: Provides direct sightlines into restricted posterior vestibules.
Tapered Beak Tips: Engage the cervical margin securely to prevent accidental slippage onto enamel.
Passivated Steel Matrix: Resists pitting and discoloration across continuous steam autoclaving cycles.
Operative Sequence
Before applying elevation force, an initial examination using a precise diagnostic instrument helps evaluate maxillary sinus proximity and assess distal bone density. Following diagnostic clearance, the NES-1659 engages the tooth neck, enabling smooth rotational movements that sever periodontal ligaments cleanly while protecting adjacent soft tissue. Its ergonomically balanced handles distribute palm force uniformly, reducing hand strain during tough posterior procedures. Add the NES-1659 to your surgical cassette for predictable, stress-free wisdom tooth removals.
