Dental Tweezers – Tweezer Adson 1×2 – NES-1245

The NES-1245 Tweezer Adson 1×2 takes the familiar Adson shape and adds fine interlocking teeth at the tip — a “1×2” configuration, meaning one tooth meets two on the opposing jaw. That small design detail makes a real difference when a procedure calls for a firmer hold on tissue rather than a gentle pickup.
Where it earns its place:
Securing tissue during suturing, flap repositioning, or minor oral surgery
Gripping firmly with less applied pressure than a smooth tip requires
Reducing tissue slippage in situations where a smooth Adson would need a tighter squeeze
Available in 12cm or 15cm, matching reach to the procedure
Surgical-grade stainless steel, fully autoclavable
Compared to the smooth NES-1243, this toothed version trades delicate-material handling for tissue security — the two aren’t interchangeable, they’re built for different moments in the same procedure. Many surgical trays keep both on hand: the smooth Adson for pickup work, the 1×2 for anything that needs to stay firmly in place. Round out your diagnostic instrument and surgical setup with the NES-1245 whenever the job calls for a confident grip on tissue.
