Description

Lower incisors are small, narrow, and single-rooted, which sounds simple until you're the one holding a forceps that's slightly too bulky for the job. Article NES-166 exists to solve that mismatch, purpose-built for lower incisor and root extractions where precision matters more than brute force.

  • Compact beak sized for the narrow crown-and-root profile of lower incisors
  • Handles both intact incisors and residual root structure
  • Reduces the risk of over-gripping in a tight anterior space
  • Ergonomic handle for controlled, low-fatigue extraction
  • Surgical-grade stainless steel, corrosion-resistant and fully autoclavable

Anterior extractions come with their own visibility and access challenges, since the mouth opening is narrower and surrounding soft tissue is thinner than in posterior regions. This forceps is scaled accordingly, letting the operator engage the tooth without the excess bulk that can crowd a tight working area.

That same precision matters when a root has been left behind after a fracture, since the compact beak closes around a much smaller target than a full crown would present.

Well suited to general dental practices, oral surgery centers, and dental training programs handling anterior extractions.
