The NES-1624 takes the same posterior buccal and lingual coverage as its Fig. 7/8 sibling and adds extra shank angulation, built for the molars sitting furthest back in the arch where straight-line access simply isn’t possible. That added curve is the whole point — it lets the blade wrap around the tooth without the handle colliding with adjacent structures or the opposing arch.
