1/2 Root Canal Plugger
• Flat-ended tip sized for controlled condensation of gutta-percha or other obturation materials
• 1/2 designation indicating a finer diameter suitable for narrower canals
• Rigid shank that transmits vertical pressure without unwanted flexing
• Surgical stainless steel construction for durability and repeated autoclaving
The NES-1447 root canal plugger is purpose-built for the obturation phase of endodontic treatment. Its working end is shaped to pack filling material firmly against the canal walls and apical seat, helping achieve a dense, void-free fill. The instrument’s rigidity allows the clinician to apply steady apical pressure while maintaining precise control over depth and direction.
Handle diameter options support a stable grasp even during longer procedures. Because the tip size is calibrated for smaller canals, it complements larger pluggers in a complete endodontic set.
Next Edge Surgical LLC offers the NES-1447 as a focused diagnostic instrument adjunct that also serves a critical therapeutic role—supporting thorough canal evaluation while enabling effective obturation. A reliable choice for everyday endodontic workflows.
