The NES-781 is a 5mm straight Luxator elevator, wider than the fine-tipped versions in the same pattern and built for cases where a broader blade does more of the work. Item code NES-781 sits in the same family as our narrower luxating elevators, but the added blade width changes how it behaves at the root surface.
A wider straight blade spreads contact across more of the periodontal ligament space in a single pass. That means fewer insertion points are needed to work around a root, which can shorten the ligament separation phase before extraction, particularly on premolars and molars where root surface area is greater than on anterior teeth. The straight profile keeps the blade aligned with the long axis of the tooth, which helps the operator apply consistent rotational pressure rather than correcting angle mid procedure.
