The NES-977 is a Warwick-James right root elevator produced by Next Edge Surgical LLC, designed for precise removal of retained roots and fractured root tips. Its angled right blade provides mechanical advantage when approaching root fragments from the distal side, making it particularly effective in posterior regions where straight elevators cannot achieve the correct line of access.
This instrument is part of the Warwick-James set, which includes straight, left, and right variations. The NES-977’s angled working end allows the clinician to slide into the periodontal ligament space cleanly, separating fibers while minimizing trauma to surrounding bone.
