Description

Canines are the anchors of the dental arch — long, deeply rooted, and built to withstand more lateral force than almost any other tooth. Extracting one calls for a forceps that respects that anatomy, and Article NES-168 was engineered specifically for upper canine extractions.

Because canine roots run deeper and are typically more robust than incisors or premolars, this forceps features a beak designed to reach further along the root surface and maintain a firm hold even as the operator applies the greater rotational and luxation force these extractions often require.

  • Beak profile built for the depth and strength of upper canine roots
  • Supports firm engagement through rotational and luxation movements
  • Ergonomic handle for sustained control during demanding extractions
  • Surgical-grade stainless steel, corrosion-resistant and fully autoclavable
  • Suited for general dentistry, oral surgery, and academic training settings

Because canine extractions frequently demand more sustained pressure than other tooth types, the instrument's ergonomic handle plays an especially important role in maintaining a secure, fatigue-resistant grip from start to finish.
