Returns

Be in the original packaging
Include all accessories and documentation
Not show signs of use, damage, or alteration
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons, especially medical or surgical instruments that have been opened or used.

Return Process
To request a return:

Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
Ship the product to the return address provided by our support team.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Refunds

If approved:
Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
