The chromatic phase indicator in Kromopan guides each step of impression preparation by changing color based on temperature and water hardness. Purple signals the mixing phase, pink indicates it’s time to load the tray, and white shows it’s ready for insertion. The minimum time in the mouth is just 30 seconds. Impressions can be disinfected by submersion in approved solutions as per manufacturer instructions. For storage, keep impressions sealed in plastic bags without adding anything. Avoid air exposure or water immersion. Models can be poured up to 168 hours later with optimal results.
