Forget the idea that every spatula has to feel the same.
The NES-1974 carries a 2 mm tip on one side and a 2.7 mm tip on the other. That modest jump in width changes how material behaves under the blade. The narrower end reaches into proximal boxes and around pins; the wider end spreads and levels more efficiently across open surfaces. One instrument, two distinct working characters.
Pressure travels cleanly through the handle. You feel the material compress rather than guess. The steel holds its edge geometry through repeated autoclaving, so the instrument does not gradually dull or bend into a less useful shape. There is no need for a long list of claims. The design simply removes friction from ordinary restorative steps.
